Thank you for buying from us.
After your payment was received the store is set up to send to your e-mail in file the download link. Some times things are not working like are supposed  to work, so we apologize in advance.
Every day one of our support people will be online between 10 am and 11 pm Pacific Time.  We monitor our website and if the system doesn't send out an e-mail we will. Another method to download your product is log on to your account, go to Order History, click on your purchase and download your product.
Please remember that you will not have long to wait if the system is down, and we are always here to answer your question.
